XXS fits perfectly on my 9 pound cat and he loves wearing his Port and Paws harness! The color is listed as teal but is a very nice bright blue that matches his eyes. Emmet loves his new harness!

First off the prints are fun. Secondly, quality is top notch. They ft my two large dogs well. I love the snap closure. I bought two while on vacation in Maui and then ordered more when I got home.
